converter question

Just trying to figure out what converter I just removed from my 87 t type. It is a factory gm converter with a blue stripe painted across the coverter just below the snout. I have heard about red and orange ..but what is a blue stripe?

Should have D5 stamped on it around the perimeter.

It does have d5 stamped all the way around it. So the blue stripe doesn't mean a thing?
