Converting TL files to CSV or Excel

How do I convert a TL file to a CSV or Excel? Can I do it from TL or do I need to save the file to A: drive and then convert from A:? Thanks.

If you are using v3 or v4, just pick EXPORT from the File menu.

If you are using v2.13, you can "print to file" in the Printer menu and choose CSV.
