Here's another little recipe i have its a really really good salad, so it starts out with a canadian spring mix salad, i throw some sunflower seeds, crumbled blue cheese, organic red cranberries, carrot matchsticks, a few almonds, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil.. this salad will wake you up.. sometimes i add some black olives and mushrooms but didnt have it in the fridge today... but this'll do..very very tasty and healthy better than that fast food double cheeseburger with bacon and fries and a huge soda..

That salad looks good.... Do you have a recipe for a raspberry vinaigrette? There's a steak place I go to and they do a salad like this with glazed pecans, mandarin orange and strawberries. Always looked like a hassle to make... Yours looks like it will do the trick!
