cool eng. temps = rich??

does a cool engine temp cause a rich a/f mix?
by cool i mean thermostat stuck open cool

Yes, the thermostat sets the min operating temp..
As you drop the min operating temp., the more and more the engine thinks there should be some coolant temp related enrichment.
