I hear ya...maybe I'm being a bit paranoid here, but I want this to be a 0% concern once it's bolted back on the motor. I called Richie back to check on turnaround time and he said 2 weeks since it's a single head, so that's good to hear.

I had a Champion head with a crack in the same place on the first start on a new engine. It took forever to get that set of heads and I didn't want to wait for new ones. We used Blue Devil block sealer and didn't look back until I had a new engine built 12 thousand miles later. Never seeped again.

Back in the day, I had a set of alums...Drove to the dyno. First pull and the dyno deck was covered.
16 weeks and no heads. Tom "found them" under the welding bench.
Hope Richie has got the company straightened out.
