Corrected Air Flow Numbers

i have started to dabble into sizing out my turbo via compressor maps and the problem i have arrived at is that i do not know how to properly calculate corrected air flow.
i am using the turbobygarrett.com webiste as my guide.

does anyone have some numbers for specific combos. i understand that the all change, but i am sure there are some hard core number crunchers out there that can help us all out.

The approximate way to do it is to multiply the air flow on the map by 10 to get hp. Go to Turbo Regal Web Site and look in the technical section for some articles on turbos.
