I have an SMC half gallon round tank right now, but would like more capacity. Could a person put a hose or connection between 2 tanks near the bottom to double the capacity?

If you connected them at the bottom so they were level then I would think it would work, If one was higher than the other it would try to flood the lower tank so it would have to be sealed to prevent it from coming out the top and if you had the second tank lower it wouldn't get the alky to the first without a second pump. Why can you get a bigger tank?

alky capacity

I have the same problem with mine I am sure someone has got a solution for this.

The older SMC tanks were 2 quart. I use the factory coolant tank since its a gallon. The problem is sealing holes you drill into plastic especially since alcohol is a solvent. The next issue is how to attach the older SMC pump to the coolant tank if you wish to use this route.

The trunk is another option, but it adds to the cost tremendously. Metco use to make a 6.2 gallon fuel cell that went where the spare tire goes on a Buick.. but those are no longer available. And all the fuel cell MFG make larger capacity cells. Expect to pay between 250-350 to do a proper cell in the trunk with lines and fittings. Remember, external vent needs to be added or the inside of your vehicle will smell like alcohol. Brackets, fittings, low sender, fuel cell, 20 feet hose, etc..

Here's an example,

Thanks,

Not much. The unit I designed it 3 years ago to be integrated into bezels and such to clean up the installs. One of the small boxes that leads to my controller all it has is a pot, led, and a pushbutton switch. Items I felt could benefit from remote mounting. I really hated large boxes in/around the dash... and always hated the "Whats that?" questions.

My TTA kit pretty much I sell with a lower dash panel that has the controls integrated into it. Making it a cleaner install. All it is .. drill three holes.. relocate the controls.

Here's a Supra..

Now I have a neat decal to label the controls..

Thanks for the compliment.
