The governor just signed a bill that will limit how much methane cows can fart in the State of California.

Did you know that vehicles emit methane? It isn't reduced by the catalytic converter, either.

Lou mentioned that @ BG....His suggestion was to limit the BS being emitted by certain "friends of his". ..He referred to one that jumps out of airplanes, and 1 that poses as a chicken.
