Crank & valve cover info please

I need a stroker crank for a 4.1 on center engine I'm biulding. 3.590 or 3.625 would be nice but I'm not against some other stroke. Anybody ?
I also need a set of valve covers for stock heads. I'm looking for the old M&A style. Anybody ?
