I have an 86 t-type w/ CS 2. It currently has some really tired 3.5's in the dash, I don't think there are speakers in the doors, and tired 4 X 10's in the rear deck. I have a new set of dash speakers, and I am working on getting some door speakers (thinking probably Pioneer GS-1340R's, since they're supposed to not have clearance issues).
I am looking for suggestions on how to proceed. I like the idea of upgrading to a later model Delco CD player, since it looks similar to stock. Another option I am considering is a aftermarket deck with two sets of preouts.
I basically have two paths I can take, depending on the late model deck configruation. Does the Delco Monsoon have 4 outputs or 6? For CS 2 to work, I need either 6 outputs, or to run two outputs to an amp with 4 outputs, right?
