CSII door speakers not working?!?!

I put a new Pioneer head unit in and 6x9s in the back...now both of my door speakers aren't working. I checked the connection at the deck and its all good. The dash speakers work and I don't know how both of the door speakers could quit at the same time. How hard is it to trace the wires from the door all the way to the deck? I'm gonna upgrade to Alpine 5.25s in the doors next week, but I don't want to drop the new ones in and have them not work too. Anyone have any ideas?

The doors are paralell with the fronts, remove the door speaker and put a test speaker in place and see if it plays. If the door don't play and the dash do then the doors most likely are shot.
