CVacuum conversion? Am i missing something?

I just converted to vacuum master. Is there a switch or something to reset the proportioning valve because i now have absolutely no rear brakes at all. I vacuum bled the rears and the fluid was coming through the master. But when i jack the rear up and put it in drive and pedal to the floor nothing in the rear. Wheels just keep spinning freely. I changed the proportioning valve as well and the brakes were working with the PM. Whats going on here?

Sounds like the MC is bad internally or air is in the system.
Do u have a line lock in the system?
If so where?

Air is in the system. I talked to someone today that told me to bleed the fronts first to move the prop. valve to the front then slowly bleed the rears and hopefully that will bring out the air.
