taking cylinder heads off 84 to port match, what intake and head gaskets are recemended for replacment?

Felpro 1000 head gasket
Felpro 1400 exhaust gasket
Don't have # for intake but just ask for an 85 eng. code 9 intake gasket. It will be the valley pan type.

Gonna agree with both of them, but you'll be happeir if you do the bowls and the throats. They will provide more flow than just the port match.

thanx to all for input. i have had this motor and trans. for over 20 yrs. and just now finding time to play with it. my plan is to rub on the stock equipment and install in 86 2wd blazer i have. once that is done and running properly i hope to switch to e85. constructive opinions always welcome and a lot more questions to come.HDFLHT02@aol.com
