D5 or 5D

I seen a 5D (not a D5 but a 5D)converter in a catty with a 200-4r, what the heck is that, anyone every heard?

If your weren't standing on your head you would be able to tell it was a d5.

I have two of them and they are both out of Monte Carlo SS'. One is from an 86 and the other from an 85. The original one out of my 85 GN is stamped 5D and I have one from a friends 87 GN that just has a 5 Stamped all the way around. I also have 2 others that have the D upside down and the 5 normal while it is sitting on the pilot. Hope this clears things up.

Well I now know and want to put this here to inform cheap people looking for D5 converters that you can find them in cattys with the 4100 4.1 liter V8 with the 200-4R or 325-4L trans most found from 1982 to 1988, I just paid 13 bucks for one at the local junk yard!
