Damn line lock STILL not working!!!!! uhhh

So i thought it wasnt working because pressure was being lost through the rear cylinders because the rear left tire was wet on the inside. Turned out to be axle seals. Changes them and the cylinders, rear shoes, and front pads anyway. Still didnt work. The car stops good but i can get the pedal to the floor with some effort. I figured the PM was bad so i changed that. Still nothing. Car still stops good but pedal can still be brought to the floor and the line lock still does not work at all. I need to fix this ASAP!!! I have a track rental on the 27th.

Im thinking its the proportioning valve. Would that cause a problem? I have the old cast stock one. Any ideas? This is driving me up the freggin wall!!!

they were the same just the line lock worked now it doesnt after sitting for a while
