Here is a good one for you all. On my 1987 GN with digital dash I have been having a problem with the dash lights fuse blowing. I have pulled the console and that is not it. The shifter is not rubbing and the wire is good all the way to the dash. I have noticed that the lights will work fine until I turn on the turn signal. Then it will blow the dash lights.
As long as I leave the turn signal off it will never pop the fuse. But when i turn on the turn signals it will pop it.
How can that cause it. The turn signals work fine even after the dash lights go out.
I am going to replace the flasher and the bulbs but I dont understand how this could be causing this?
Any ideas and yes I did check the search.
