hey guys and gal once again its stupid question time were can i get my dash pad restored to stock looks mines starting to split thanks

don't know bout refurbish but gbodyparts.com- cottonsperformance.com- or on posts for parts for sale here you will see them come up in good used condition and probably cheaper than fixin what ya got.

Agreed it will probably be cheaper to purchase a used one. You may have to dye it and then the trouble of installation is another question. I have mine out and it has been over a month now and I am not looking forward to putting it back in.

Takeout and installation isn't very intuitive.

Good luck

OH YEAH- On the subject of used dashes(if you go that way): Be very certain that what you are looking at is out of a GN, or Turbo Regal. I've seen a number on eBay that weren't, and the instrument cluster/air duct will not fit those dashes. Have you checked with Brian, at GBodyparts.com?

You can use the pad out of a NA Regal. All 81-87 Regals use the same pad. All you need to do is transfer your wiring harness over on to the new pad. I have refurbished a couple of dashes and it is difinetly an all weekend project. You want to be a perfectionist because of the time envolved. Its a PITA when you have to do things twice.
