Date log question

The cable that came with the data logger has a 3 pin connector and the adapter on the ecu for the program cable has a 4 pin connector.Is there a seperate adapter for this.

I assume that you are talking about a Turbo Regal with an adapter harness probably on of PTE's early ones. They used a four pin weather pack connector instead of the three pin metri-pack that all FAST systems use. You will have to convert either one. I would convert the weather pack style on your harness to the three pin metri-pack because that is what FAST uses and if you are ever in a jam for a cable all you will need to do is find somebody with a FAST system not even necessarily a Buick. You should be able to get the connectors and terminals you need from any good FAST dealer or FAST themselves.
