delay windshield wipers

My car has 2 speed windshield wipers and I'd like to convert to delayed. What do I need to change in order to accomplish this?
Obviously I know I need a new stalk but do I have to change the motor also? Thanks

You don't need to replace the whole wiper motor - just the control module. You'll probably need to pull the wiper motor off to make the change. The part number that you need is: 22039684 and still available from GM - www.gmpartsdirect.com You could also find the parts you need at a salvage yard or check with Bweavy at www.gbodyparts.com (443) 506-6698.
