Wonder how much "inventory" they have ......
Guess it may be time to either "buy the ones you need" or find equivalent replacement injectors.

It's a bankruptcy, not a closing.
Lots of companies have gone thur similiar proceedings, and recovered. IMO, there will be more and more of that in not too distant future. People and companies have been trapped in the immediate returns on investments lately. You can't play in the long term, successfully, with short term (or not flexible enough) policies.

Bruce,

The lack of planning, long term vision and execution of a plan, and "Walmart Mentality" will drive many into trouble.

I thought there may be less filings.
Thought I heard somewhere that Geoarge W. will change the laws on bankruptcies to make it harder to file (Something like that) and therfore protecting the taxpayers for picking up the tab ?

I doubt the corporate laws will change bu the law about credit card debt will and that will not go away after filing

With the Feds picking up the bill on so many underfunded retirement plans, it's in most large cos to go ahead and file bankruptcy while they can. There were rumors that if United filed bankruptcy to get out from it's retirement commitments, GM would follow suit. It's amazing how *silently* all this is going on.
