Deltagate tuning

Anybody know how to adjust a deltagate? I'm getting a weird fluttering at anything less than WOT and I think my wastegate is not opening and closing as positively as it might. Is there a resource or a link for this? I have an extra 9lb spring plus whatever spring is in it. Any thoughts?

Sounds like plain old big turbo surge when in some boost but only partially open throttle? What turbo do you have? Do you have the gate connected in "delta" mode with a relieving style regulator across both the top and bottom ports?

I run a TE 44. Top side port has an in-line bleeder (boost controller). Down stream this T's to the outlet port on the turbo and the bottom side port on the delta.
