The blue 87 T passed at DEQ on Saturday so it's all legal with new tags!

I hope to begin budget negotiations with my personal CPA soon so I can start spending some money on the car.

Since the car is running and driving good, I'm going to start with clean up items,
Carpet
Hood and other emblems (they're all broken)
Battery-hold-down
Door pull straps
Horn-ring
Hood struts
Wheel center cap emblems

I used to give you 'Peoples Republic of Portland' folks a hard time about having to go through DEQ, but now that Gov K is making the whole state go to emmissions, I guess I better be nice, and ask lots of questions. :redface:
