I just came across a couple of NEW L.A. Billit Cranks 3.230 stroke.

Has anybody run this stroke in a stage I ? If so, What length rods

works best?

Buy yourself a Buick Power Source book. There are several different combinations for blocks, cranks and rods.

For a 3.23 crank the Power Source book states:

4.0L (244 CID) Normally Aspirated
4 Inch bore, 3.23 crank, 6.5 inch rod. This combo allows a compression height of 1.400 inches.

You could also cut it down to 3.07, 3.0, 2.66 for other combinations.
