The long anticipated wait is finally here!

I just received a call today from Kyle Tucker of DSE (Detroit Speed Engineering) and was told all there G-Body suspension products are now in production. They are coming out with upper & lower A-arms, Front & Rear sway bars, front frame brace's, steering box and much More! These products are now on there g-body test car and the results are fantastic!

We will be an authorized dealer for all of there G-Body suspension products and personally testing them on our GNS test car at several of the autocross & road racing events with DSE.

As we receive more information and test results regaurding these products I will post up here in this thread with pic's, prices and results.

Cool. Look forward to seeing these on display at the Chicagoland speedway booth at the goodguys event.
They do have some nice stuff.

Scott, try and talk them into a rack and pinion ;). That way it will be less weight, more responsive and look alot cleaner.

if DSE was to comoe out with a rack and pinion setup, i'm pretty sure it wouldn't have all the bumpsteer issues that all the other setups have.
if anyone could do it, i'd think it would be them.

Do you mean a mustang rack like they use in their others products?

I never really looked into their products. If they have a mustang rack with the extra ports for a hydroboost that would be the Bee's Knee's , 2 birds 1 stone ;).

why would a rack need an extra port for a hydraboost? the booster and steering gear/rack are run in series- fluid goes from the pump and thru the booster, to the steering gear/rack, then back to the reservoir

I was looking at a (95'ish) mustang rack the other day at work, and the guy pointed out the extra fittings on the rack. I also noticed a really small and compact hydroboost system on the car that looked a crap load better than the bulky buicks HB. The Mustang system could also be more effiecent, might look cleaner to without the "T's".

i think it would be extreemley difficult to make a rack a bolt in affair on a G body because you have to extensively modify the cross member/engine cradle to get the steering linkage to work. i guess though, anythings possible.

my 84 Type doesn't have any "T" fittings in the HB system anywhere. it does, however, have an extra return fitting on the back of the PS pump for the return from the booster.
