Dfi Gen 6 Error Message

I getting an error #62 message when i try to enter the edit file side of the main screen . Does anyone have any idea what could cause this and how about a solution for this problem.

Gen 6 has no error codes built into it, you are seeing a DOS error. Make sure your com port is configured correctly, even if you are editing a file. You may have to re-install the software.
