I just got my car running after changing the timing chain. I was nowhere near any part of the brakes. Now, they don't work.

Here are the details.

Power steering works great
Brake Light stays on
absolutely no power to the brakes
The 30 amp power brake fuse looks great
Fluid levels are fine.

Is there any way I can test the system to see if its getting power? When I have someone press on the brakes, i dont hear teh motor moving at all (am I supposed to?)

Thanks for the help

Ryan

Ryan, sounds like you have the dreaded Powermaster brakes, the hydraboost power brake unit is hydraulic, via hoses from the power steering pump, no electrics involved! You may want to ask in general tech!
