Diagnosing MAF

Here are my symtoms. Rough idle and misses, dies at stop sign and after pressing on the gas hard and letting off. Runs good when pressing on the gas just hard enuf to accelerat. Get boost flutter and runs a little rough at 3/4 throttle. Bucking at cruising speed in o/d lite throttle. Readings are 7-9 idle 20-30 cruising and seems to be reacting slowly. Runs a little while maybe 5 seconds when I unpluged it at idle. Are these the symptoms of bad MAF? Thanks for any help.

Welp, it seems to me it should stay running when you unplug the MAFs, although very rich. 7-9 sounds a little high at idle(8-850rpm.)
Sounds more like a fuel psi regulator.
