Just want to let everyone know about this guy. He sold me some wheels on ebay for a $1000. Item (8028256262) check them out. From the pics and the description, they look and soud real good. Then they arrived. Man was I ripped off. Wheels where filthy dirty and not. Nothing like the pictures. I think the dark setting in the pics had alot to do with this. They are also not real Kirbans. They are american racing wheels. (FALSLEY ADVERTISED) So I start to clean and polish one to see what I really got here. This is what I found. Polished aluminum severly pitted and corosion under painted surface bubbling up under paint. Now I am really pissed off. I spent my whole Sunday on one wheel and I still would not use it on my GN. So I notify this guy (diamondstatewheels) to tell him I dont want them and told him why. He tells me because you cleaned and polished one I cannot accepted them back. In one reply he said (buyer altered one wheel cannot resell). Well the wheel I polished looked 1000% better hardley a reason not to take back. What a guy. I did talk to this guy once on the phone, he said (we hit them with steel wool and windex and they looked great) He would not accept pics that I took and eventually stoped responding to me. (Steel wool and windex, NICE!)
So being stuck with these thing now, I sent them to metro wheels for restoration. They inform me all 4 where bent and needed to be trued. Does not surprise me. I could feel it on the one I polished around the lip. But could not see it. So $750 bucks later I now have $1750 in these wheels that were in exellent condition. I would guess this guy is about 50 years old, thick glasses, over weight and sits at a desk. Needless to say this spring, Im going to Delaware.

Look at the question at the bottom
Q: ARE THE WHEELS 4 FRONTS ? OR 2 FRONTS AND 2 REARS? THANKS

A: i knew i left something out.. pair of fronts and rears.. 4 fronts are too hard to find..what would you do with the leftover rears???

Don't you need all fronts to fit a GN the right way?
and
You should have known by the pics in your auction that they wern't Kirban's, they definetly look different from his.

Are you looking at the wrong add. Those are the ones he has for sale now. The ones he sold me are item #8028256262

Exactly, the ones you bought are not Kirbans, they are the American Racing wheels that just by looking them are not the same style as Kirbans(GNX/GTA), close but easily noticable by looking at the pics in the auction.

Falsely advertised as Kirbans- YES, but the pics were there. Unfortunetly he also misrepresented the condition that you couldn't see in the pics.

The ones he has on ebay now look to be a set of GTA rims refinished and again falsely advertised as Kirban style and the backs I believe with their offset won't fit a GN without spacers, but listed for GN's   . Someones not going to be happy.

Sorry for your misfortune, you could have almost had Simmons wheels for the money you have in them now
