Died at idle now won't start

So some of you may know I just replaced my timing cover this weekend and put in a new fuel regulator, and new spark plugs and finally got my car running again. It ran fantastic Friday-Sunday but this morning I started it up to let it warm up before I took it to work but after about two min..it does out and wouldn't start back up. My really is making the noise as usual but when I take the cap off on my fuel rail, no fuel came out. Can anyone help me and give me suggestions as to what I should do/check to get my car back up and running again? I also replaced my fuel filter and fuel pump about 6 months ago(ACdelco)

Ok so now it starts after I smack the housing where my ECM is in the passenger side of the car.... It never did this until this morning and last night I took out my ECM to see what kind I had..did I loosen a connection or something?!
