I have everything you need and the laptop works great. I just upgraded my laptop and got the new powerlogger setup. I've had nothing but good luck with my directscan. The laptop is a Compaq and its got windows 98 seconed edition and its a pentium 1 and has 48 mb of ram. Also has a cd drive and 3 1/2" floppy drive.
