Finally looking into a new Turbo for the sled.

P&P heads and intake
Stock TB
Stock Headers
5" Downpipe
2800-3000 stall
Alky
60# injectors
Aeromotive A1000
3.5" Maf Translator
3.5" stainless exhaust
100# valve springs - stainless valves - stock cam

Basically I want a 11.5 second car with itchy street manners and room for future improvement.

I was considering the TE44, then I saw the sale that Cal was having and the 60 caught my eye. The problem is...I don't know.
Is the 60 too big? Is the 44 too small?

any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Not at all. I would get the TE 60 turbo. If your 2800-3000 stall is a 10", even better. The TE 60 is responsive and will be fine into the low, low 11second range. You never mentioned your intercooler; we like FMs for this job.

Hope this helps you.

Thank you for your reply.

Currently I have the stock - stock location intercooler w/ Duttweiller neck.
I will be looking into a FM, maybe the RJC Megacooler!!

The converter is in Orange Stripe from the ****.
