Whats the going price for Directscan ver 1.1?

I noticed everyone selling DS has 1.5. I have this old DS 1.1...I want to sell it at a fair price but what's fair for this earlier version? Can it be upgraded to 1.5?

That's just the software, the hardware box and cables I believe are all the same.

I think version 1.5 is available free on the internet.
