Disconnecting power window switch?

Can someone please tell me how to disconnect the wire from the switch. I tried to pry it with a small screwdriver and it didn't really move too much. I don't want to break anything else, already replacing the door handle.

Also can you tell me which clips to buy. My car had both and I know that the panel was taken off numerous times.

Blue retaining cap unscrews; then pry gently with screwdriver.

Plastic clips can be located in the HELP section of the local auto parts store.
The plastic clip on the right side of the pic is the one to use. It will simply twist into the retaining spots.

Unscrew the blue screw first then pull it loose

You guys are awesome. My next question was what was that blue thing! On a side note those clips are IMPOSSIBLE to get off without breaking. I would suggest going to the autopart store and just buying new ones.

I would think that Gbody parts or TTAOwner would have many of them, used.
