I've got my Propain kit 90% installed now (don't have a large enough drill bit for the injection line exit in the trunk) and I gotta say, the command center box is definitely out of place. Part of it is that the box is off white instead of black or dark grey, but part of it is just that it's so BIG. The LEDs are a tad bright, but they're the nice kind and they are dimmer from an angle so that's ok. Anyone come up with ideas to disguise the box a bit? I've thought about painting it grey but don't really feel like taking it back out of the car. I've also thought about having a shade built for around it, similiar to the scanmaster shade, then putting a face of tinted lucite over the controls.

Anyone else thinking about this or am I the only picky one? Jay, have you found other boxes usable for the command electronics?

I'll get some pictures up here and some initial test results as soon as I get the tank charged up and the nozzle installed. I'm looking forward to trying it out!

COULD YOU PUT IT IN THE SIDE ARM REST COMPARTMENT? MAYBE WIRE A COUPLE LED'S FROM THE CONTROLLER TO A BOX WITH JUST THE LED'S ON IT AND PUT IT ON TOP OF THE RADIO OR SOMETHING. GET WHAT IM SAYING?

I thought about rewiring all the controls into a smaller additional box that I could mount just under the dash pad on the TTA. Havent done it yet though.

I stuck mine in the centre console. I left enough vacuum tube and wiring to allow me to pull it out and half-shut the lid. Should be enough LED indication at night to tell you what is happening. Easily adjustable the rest of the time. ;)

I'll try and drum up some pics. :)
