DIY guys with 3bolt turbo's wanting a 5" downpipe

I have a wastegate assembly shown below. Use the 4 bolt holes in your exhaust housing and
mount this to it. Asking $100 shipped.

Weld a 5" V-band flange to it, and one on your 5" downpipe you are making, and
theres your DIY 5" downpipe. I am not selling the 2 V-bands and clamp pictured below,
just showing how to make it.

It would look like this when its hooked up.

how would you be able to get the restof the 5" tapered down to 4" piece of stock?
