Do any board vendors rebuild/exchange valve bodies?

The one in my 85 GN tranny has a "stacked shift" in it on the 2-3 shift and the last guy said he couldn't get it out. Do any of the REAL tranny builders on this board rebuild/repair/exchange these valve bodies for another BQ or possibly a BRF valve body? If so what are the going rates for such jobs? I say "REAL" builders because the guy that tried to repair mine worked at AAMCO.

I am sure most of the tranny builders here can get you one, also TCI sells BRF calibrated valvebodies for the 200 4R
