Here's my question

I bought an SMC alcohiol kit off e-bay a few months back. It's the SMC kit with the square bottle with the pump inside (Non Progressive)

I was told it was new never used. There was a black wire harness that plugs into the pump, the controller, the bottle, and the braided hose. I'am I missing anything with this kit???? I seen an alky kit that looked like mine that had 2 different wire harnesses with it. That got me to wonder if I had everything. Oh, 1 more thing it also had the clear plastic hose coming from the controller I'm assuming that line goes to the 3 bar map sensor.

Any help would be great!!!

plastic line goes to vac/boost source , no map needed

the harness wires betweent he controller and the tank

the bottle mounts by the fan on pass side or wherever you can put it so the braided hose will reach the up pipe just before the throttle body and reach your harness

you didnt mention a nozzle but youll need to drill a hole in the uppipe (or up pipe hose if theres room) and intstall the nozzle (or nozzles if you find you need two)

the wiring instructs were posted on this forum just do a search

Is it only the progressive kits that need the 3 bar map??? I'll do the search and see what I come with.

AFAIK only razors kit (alkycontrol PAC) uses the 3 Bar MAP sensor

steves (smc) non progressive kit uses a hobbs switch built inside the control unit and like the old kits his newer progressive kits have the map sensor built in the control unit
