Aug 9, 2012 #1 S SIXBANGR mean old man Joined May 25, 2001 Messages 2,446 I have a TA5857 cea with a stock gate , non ajustable,and a valve. I get boost flutter at 24+. I would guess it is time to get a HD wastegate, sound correct?

Aug 10, 2012 #2 S SIXBANGR mean old man Joined May 25, 2001 Messages 2,446 what i mean by flutter, is at 24lb, the boost gauge does not stay steady. The boost is bouncing around from 22-25 or so.

All fixed, it was the puck sticking that caused it. And, it may not be a THDP like i was told it was when i bought it.
