PayPal approved the claim, but not for partial settlement, as I requested, but for full refund. I didn't feel that it would be fair that Steve will be left holding a bag for what UPS did. So, I cancelled the dispute and we will settle on our own terms. And if the UPS will eventually pay up for the damages they caused, it would be that much nicer for both of us.
