It is a running joke at Christmas for our grand daughter last few years she is geared to look for that made in china label. When it comes to toys you'd really have to look to avoid China as the country of production.
We get new Camaro parts made and part of what we deal with is the GM brand new SS and RS grille emblems. Label on them reads south Korea. Look at some of your Buick parts marker lites example at least one version says made in china.
As other stated sneakers various countries around the world including VIetnam where like some of you I spent some time in the 1960s.
They just did a thing on this very issue on TV news that the one museum in DC the souvenirs even the American Flag label pins were made in China.
The 100th anniversary GM clock we used to sell honoring GM....you would think that someone in control would insist it was made in the USA. No such luck again Made in China.
Take China out of the mix and your super size Walmarts would virtually be empty stores.

I can truthfully say being in the reproduction business for 30 years everything we have had made that we can control has been made in the USA. I even push that fact to the companies we supply in the Corvette/Mustang market.
