Does anyone know the history of this car?

I can tell you it was a PA car up until 3/2014, in either the eastern or western (not central) part of the state. Never seen it out east here personally.

It looks to me that someone was confused with the "reverse" shift position.

Merry Christmas!!! Thanks for all the reply's! I'm not repairing the car, I bought it basically for the drive-train and whatever else was still good on it. I'm still hoping someone out-here knew of this car or was the owner of it for me to get info on it, as I'm looking to find out what all mods were done to the car. Thanks!
