Does PTE return emails?

Sent PTE an email several weeks ago wanting to inquire on buying replacement oil seal gaskets for the Turbo Saver where for the piece that mounts to oil pump. Never heard a word.... For those of you that have emailed them, did they reply? Anyone know the part number for that o ring seal/ gasket?

i don't think so...

i've e-mailed them a time or two in the past and did not get a response. i'm guessing the questions need to be asked to one of their dealers.

I would just call if you need something.
A lot of vendors are too busy for their e-mail.
I have one going on 5 days with out a response...
Maybe they should not publish them it that case...
