Does removing the front sway bar help that much?

I have a larger after market front sway bar and was able to lift the front with the trans brake and 25 lbs. I enjoy driving my car to and from the track @ some high speeds and would not want to do that without the front sway bar, so have not ever tried it . Your car looks great, even better with the 20's IMO. I have always had the attitude that its my car and I will do WTF I want.

Damn, you launch off the brake@25 psi? :D F#*k the haters, those wheels look very nice on your T. I also have the front swaybar off of mine, and with 15 lbs in the airbags it doesn't handle too bad. Front end definitely comes up and transfers weight easier without it.

I'm still a noob with Regal T's but i know that LS1 Camaros most of the time take out the front sway bar because it makes better weight transfer to the back on the car in takeoff

Removing it is the ONLY way my buggy will cut a decent 60ft...but gets a little loose on the top end of the 1/4. but not a prob for the 1/8th.

Best advice...if during the run sans bar you get loose and a little 'scared', DONT stay in it and don't hit the brakes...just easeeeee off the gas a little and she will settle down and you can complete your pass safely.
