I got on my car, full throttle, I got a big miss, or backfire? Not sure, then a bunch of smoke. But my Scan Master read 812 o2's and 10.1 degrees of knock. Please help me out a little..

What color smoke? Coilpack or module maybe?Did it happen more then once? What's your setup?

Gray, black smoke. I had about 19psi 93 octane, alky. I couldn't really see what my exact boost was I was trying to keep the car straight at 80mph. But even if I didn't have enough octane it shouldn't miss and blow smoke?? Car has Te60, 3THDP, 50 pounders, Testa chip, SMC, stock I/C, vigilante 3500, Translator +, car has 42,000mi . but I don't get the 812o2's with 10 degrees of knock. Isn't 812 running rich????

02 not an accurate indicator of a/f ratio once you get away from the middle of the graph..........you probably detonated as indicated by 10* of retard (that is a lot!)

Black smoke is fuel but 812 isn't really rich 770-820 I thought was pretty good. I don't know much about trans+ never had experience with it (yet) maybe a problem there? 812 is high o2 so it definetly wasn't from being lean, maybe rich knock?
