Door panel escutcheon screw covers

So I bought the Highway Stars door panel escutcheon trim pieces, which are great, but the original double faced tape stayed on the old trim pieces and not on the screw covers. I have the logoed ones, see picture.

I was have been looking for really thin double faced tape but thought there might be some knowledge here that could point me in the right direction.
