Door trim and misc interior parts

Looking for a complete set of (4 pieces)long silver/grey door trim that holds the escutchions and the flimsy door pull strap... The ones I have to work with are trashed and I'd like to find some nice replacements. Must be in very good - excellent condition.

Also, looking for the folloiwing interior parts in Dark Blue color (unless otherwise stated):

1. center console in very good to excellent condition

2. 4 charcoal grey door escutchions (1" x 1" plastic caps)- repro is ok...

3. dark blue upper seat belt caps (plastic triangular pieces at top of belt)

4. shifter handle in very good to excellent condition
