1 1/4" 4130 chrome moly tubing with 3/4" 4130 tube weld nuts. Plug welded on side and all around. QA-1 3/4" left and right handed thread rod ends and grade 8 hardware. They measure 19 1/4 center to center and can be adjusted 1/2 either way from there. Alluminum step bushing inserts for factory size bolt holes. Great quality for the price! $150 shipped anywhere.
