Does anyone know where I can find the header bolts that are double sided (metric& standard ) that are for header install and brackets/ accessories?

Are you trying to install aftermarket headers? I just ran into this myself. I recently changed these all over to the thread in the cylinder head. I think they were 3/8-16. I found 1 set screw that was long enough. The others I found fully threaded grade 8 bolts and made my own studs. It didn't take much to open the hole of the alternator and a/c brackets so it would all go together.

McMaster/Carr sells a SAE setup stud. Check your A & B dimensions before ordering if you go that route. As TurboWh1 has done, forgoing the metric end and going all SAE. You may want to go with a Jam Nut on the one end for the ignition module bracket & oil dip tube (assuming you have a Hot Air). I don't think a vendor carries the SAE / Metric Stud, or at least I haven't found one and I have searched high & low for a long time. You may fine some used ones from a TB member, but sounds like you already have used ones.
