Is it possible to take a 3.5 THDP and it set up for a external race gate, I just can't get my boost under 25lbs. with HD actuator I'm told it's the GTQ70 turbo is to much.

I'm running a gt 76 gtq with a 3 1/2'' my low boost is about 21psi.
I've been told it can be done, I'm thinking about doing the same thing. I just need to find the tubing to do it with.
