download to floppy using dirct scan

Could someone tell me how to download my info from my direct scan to the floppy disk. I have a gateway solo (pentium). Is the info in the book and I just havent found it?

After you record a run it will say buffer modified. Save buffer and give the run a name it will save it to the floppy. Then when you want to check out the run goto file menu and buffer redisplay and pick the run you want to look at. HTH

I save a DS run to my C drive. Now I want to save the same file to a floppy so I can send it to another person for review. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
